What is your response time for urgent repairs?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, with prioritization of hazardous, emergency leaks or critical equipment failures being accommodated on an emergency, on-call basis, existing calendar, and technician availability permitting.
Why is my automatic cleaner not working properly?
In cases where the automatic pool cleaner is less efficient, the condition is typically due to incorrect pressure (which leads to incorrect waterflow). It may be clogged, the hose may be tangled, or suction/pressure could be low. It’s also important to check if the cleaner filter is dirty, which reduces water flow for optimal performance. If everything is in good order yet still failing, a new part or replacement unit may be needed.
How do I know if my pool is leaking?
Signs include frequent refilling, wet spots in the yard, air bubbles in the pump, or chemical levels dropping faster than usual.
Which parts of the pool commonly leak?
